How Shuffle's Gambling Limits work
How Shuffle's Gambling Limits work
Updated over a month ago

To improve your experience on Shuffle, we have introduced limits to empower you to make better decisions about your activities. This article will explain the different types of gambling limits we have on Shuffle.

Wager Limits:

  • Wager limits allow you to set a maximum amount of money you're able to place on bets on Shuffle within a specified period: 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month.

  • Example:

    • Tom sets a wager limit of $1,000 at 2 PM for a period of 1 day.

    • Tom wagers $999 and attempts to wager $2 for his next bet. He will not be allowed to proceed as wagering $2 will exceed the $1,000 limit.

    • Tom's limit will reset daily at 2 PM

Loss Limits

  • Loss limits allow you to set a maximum amount of money you can lose on Shuffle within a specified period: 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month.

  • Losses refer to net losses, which take into account any bonuses or profits you might earn from your gameplay.

  • Your loss limit will be fixed and will not change during the specified period.

  • Example:

    • Tom sets a loss limit of $10 at 3 PM for a period of 1 day.

    • After a period of wagering, Tom has a net loss of $9. He attempts to place a bet of $2. Tom will not be allowed to place the bet because the potential loss could exceed his $10 loss limit.

    • Tom's limit will reset daily at 3 PM.

Additional notes:

  • You may set both a loss limit and a wager limit simultaneously. Once either limit is reached, all gameplay will be restricted.

  • Any limits placed will be instantaneous.

  • You may choose to increase, reduce, or cancel your limits. However, there will be a one-day cooling-off period before you can make any modifications.

  • If you set a monthly limit on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of a month, and the following month doesn't have that date, your limit will reset at the end of that month instead.
