Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Can I change my numbers after staking?

A: No, once you stake and select your numbers, they are locked in for all future draws. To change your numbers, you need to unstake (forfeiting your current tickets) and then restake with new numbers.

Q2: What happens if I unstake before a draw?

A: If you unstake before the draw closes, your tickets for that draw are forfeited. Your SHFL tokens will be returned to you after the current draw concludes. To participate again, you will need to restake your SHFL tokens.

Q3: Can I participate without SHFL tokens?

A: Currently, staking SHFL tokens is the only way to participate in the Shuffle Lottery. We plan to introduce single-ticket purchases using other currencies in future updates.

Q4: Does lottery staking count as wager volume?

A: No, lottery staking is not considered wagering since it offers a 100% Return to Player (RTP). All funds in the prize pool are returned to players as prizes.

Q5: Can I participate in the lottery with rollover balance SHFL?

A: No, you cannot use rollover balance SHFL tokens to participate in the lottery. You must stake fresh SHFL tokens.

Q6: How does participating in the lottery affect Airdrop 2?

A: Participating in the lottery offers the highest boost to your Airdrop 2 reward—even more than wagering SHFL tokens.

Q7: How is the prize pool funded?

A: The prize pool is funded through the reallocated 15% non-SHFL gaming revenue. In the future, single-ticket sales will also contribute to the prize pool.

Q8: Can I see past draws and winners?

A: Yes! A history of past draws, winning numbers, and prize distributions will be available for transparency.
