Reloads are available to players who progress through the VIP ranks. Eligible players are issued a reload which is based on their recent betting activity on Shuffle.com. Reloads give you a fixed amount of bonus funds, which are available to claim at specific intervals.
How does the reload work?
The Shuffle reload works by giving you a bonus based on your wagering and profit values.
Important note: Most reloads are available to claim every 24hrs. If you miss a reload claim it will be considered expired, so make sure you log in to claim!
How to claim your reload bonus at Shuffle
You can claim your reload bonus by navigating to your VIP page.
Below is a a list of reload bonuses awarded at each new VIP rank:
Silver - 7 days long reload (daily claim frequency)
Gold - 14 days long reload (daily claim frequency)
Platinum - 28 days long reload (daily claim frequency)
Jade - 42 days long reload (daily claim frequency)
Sapphire - permanent reloads for as long as you're active on Shuffle
If you reach Sapphire, you can claim weekly reloads by contacting your VIP Host and you can choose daily, hourly or even 10-minute reload intervals.
