For each Challenge, you must achieve the specified target multiplier while adhering to the specific minimum bet amount during the duration of which the Challenge is active (displayed under the Live tab of Challenges).

There is only 1 winner per Challenge. If it appears that two people completed it simultaneously, the reward will always go to the person who completed it even a millisecond earlier.

You may only win one challenge per bet. Your prize will be determined by the challenge with the highest reward value.

The Reward amount stated on a challenge CANNOT be changed. It may appear to change due to the fluctuations of cryptocurrency prices in USD but the underlying cryptocurrency amount stays the same.

You will be credited prize money if you have correctly followed the instructions listed above and have satisfied the Terms and Conditions. If you have, please go to your VIP panel to claim your reward.

If, for some reason, you have not been credited and you believe you have rightfully won, please contact support. In such cases, please have your screenshot and BetIDs ready to send.

Your bet only counts towards this promotion when the Challenge is active. Your bet is not eligible if it was made before the Challenge was live or after the Challenge has already been completed by someone else.

A challenge may be removed while you are actively trying to complete it. If you have what you think is a winning bet but the Challenge was removed before it, you may not be eligible for a prize.

If you are found multi-accounting, none of your affiliated accounts will be eligible for the prize, and will be banned from being able to participate in future promotions.

Shuffle reserves the right to credit the prizes in any Cryptocurrency equal to or the same value as the $USD prize.

You can use Bonus buys, but they make it more challenging to reach the target multiplier. The winning multiplier is based on the total bet amount, not your base bet.

Only playing with REAL MONEY will count towards completing a Challenge.

By participating in the Challenge, players automatically agree to the Rules set by Shuffle.
