How do I deposit with VietQR?
Log into your Shuffle account and click Wallet at the top of the page. Select Deposit, choose VND from the currency dropdown, then click Next.
Select your preferred payment method: VietQR.
Enter your deposit amount and click Pay Now. We'll show you a VietQR code, along with the bank details and a unique Transfer Code.
Open your banking app and scan the VietQR code. The amount, account number and Transfer Code fill in automatically.
Check that the amount and recipient are correct, then confirm the transfer.
Your balance updates as soon as your transfer is matched to your deposit, usually within moments.
Tips to get it right:
Pay before the code expires. Each VietQR code is valid for 10 minutes and for one payment only. If it expires, start a new deposit rather than reusing it.
Scanning the QR code is the easiest way to pay. If you enter the bank details manually instead, copy the Transfer Code into the transfer description exactly as shown, or your payment can't be matched automatically.
For transfers of 10,000,000 VND or more, or once you've sent more than 20,000,000 VND in a day, your bank will ask for face authentication. Make sure it's set up in your banking app before you deposit.
Send from a bank account in your own name, the same name as your Shuffle account.
How do I withdraw with Bank Transfer?
Click Wallet at the top of the page. Select Withdrawal, and choose VND as the currency in the currency dropdown, then click Next.
Choose Bank Transfer from the available withdrawal options.
Enter your withdrawal amount, select your bank and enter your bank account number.
Once approved, the money arrives in your bank account within a few minutes.
The bank account must be in your own name, the same name as your Shuffle account. Withdrawals to an account in someone else's name will be rejected.
