How do I deposit with SPEI?
Log into your Shuffle account and click Wallet at the top of the page. Select Deposit, choose MXN from the currency dropdown, then click Next.
Select your preferred payment method: SPEI.
Enter your deposit amount and click Pay Now. We'll show you an 18-digit CLABE, along with the bank name and beneficiary name to transfer to.
Open your banking app and add the CLABE as a new beneficiary if your bank asks you to, then send a SPEI transfer to it.
Check that the amount and recipient are correct, then confirm the transfer.
Your balance updates as soon as your transfer is matched to your deposit, usually within 10 minutes.
Tips to get it right:
Start a new deposit every time. Each CLABE is generated for one deposit only, so never save or reuse the CLABE from a previous deposit.
Double-check the 18-digit CLABE before sending. A single wrong digit can send your money to a different account.
Some banks make you wait a little while (often around 30 minutes) after adding a new beneficiary before you can send money to it. If that happens, wait and complete the transfer once your bank allows it.
Keep your transfer receipt. It includes the tracking key (clave de rastreo), which helps us trace your payment if you ever need support.
Send from a bank account or wallet in your own name, the same name as your Shuffle account.
How do I withdraw with Bank Transfer?
Click Wallet at the top of the page. Select Withdrawal, and choose MXN as the currency in the currency dropdown, then click Next.
Choose Bank Transfer from the available withdrawal options.
Enter your withdrawal amount along with your 18-digit CLABE. Debit card numbers, phone numbers and other account numbers aren't accepted.
Once approved, the money arrives in your bank account or digital wallet within a few minutes.
The CLABE must belong to an account in your own name, and the account must be able to receive SPEI transfers.
Are there any fees?
No. Shuffle doesn't charge for MXN deposits or withdrawals.
