While playing on Shuffle, your account may be required to complete a Proof of Identity verification, this is referred to as Level 2 Verification.
You may submit your documents on the verification page:
Acceptable Proof of Identity Documents:
Passport
ID card (both sides)
Driving license (both sides)
Residence permit
Your documents must comply with the following requirements:
Images must be in high resolution and in color.
The original image must be uploaded. Screenshots will not be accepted.
The document must be easily readable. Image cannot contain flash or blurriness.
Document must not be physically damaged.
The entire document must be visible in the image in a flat position.
The document must be valid for at least 3 months.
Only photographed documents will be accepted. Documents in digital format are not allowed.
