Acceptable Documents
You can use one of the following documents to verify your address. Ensure the document is clear, unaltered, and meets the validity requirements:
Tax Bill: Valid for up to 1 year.
Mortgage Statement: Must clearly show your name and address.
Certificate of Voter Registration: Must be official and issued within the last 3 months.
Government Correspondence: Includes letters regarding benefits such as pension, unemployment, or housing. Must be issued within the last 3 months.
Utility Bill: Covers gas, electricity, water, or internet bills linked to the property. Must be issued within the last 3 months.
Cable Bill: Accepted only if not from satellite TV providers.
Landline Telephone Bill: Must be issued within the last 3 months.
Bank Statement: Must show the issue date and your name. It must be issued within the last 3 months.
Credit Card Statement: Issued by a bank and dated within the last 3 months.
Lease/Rental Agreement: Must be current and signed by both the landlord and tenant.
Letter from a Recognized Public Authority or Public Servant: Must be government-issued and dated within the last 3 months.
Employer’s Certificate: Must clearly state your address and be issued recently.
Your documents must comply with the following requirements:
Original Documents: Upload a clear, color photo of the original document. Screenshots, photocopies, or scans are not accepted.
Clarity: Ensure the document is well-lit, free of glare, and captures the full document edges.
Digital Documents: If your document is digital, download the original file and upload it directly.
